8 THE HARTFORD GOLF CLUB CLUB NEWS Scholarship Recipients We are pleased to announce our 2018 Hartford Golf Club Scholarship Recipients. Dear HGC Members, Now that my time at Hartford has come to a close, I wanted to extend a warm thank you to all of you who have crossed my path in the last five years. I’ve been reflecting on the time I’ve spent at Hartford, and it feels like the end of an era. It has been an honor and a pleasure working for you, and I look forward to keeping in touch. As I move on to my next adventure in Charlotte, North Carolina, I can’t help but be appreciative for the experience I’ve gained and relationships I’ve had at HGC. The Hartford Golf Club com- munity has been extremely welcoming, friendly, and courteous to me over the past five years. The work environment at HGC is something that I will certainly cherish for a long time. I’d also like to extend a special thank you to everyone that makes the HGC Scholarship Committee possible. I was a four-year recipient of various scholarships, and I truly cannot thank you all enough for the work you do on behalf of the Club’s employees.
