A picturesque start to the lovely third nine at HGC, with a nice fairway to green view and the pond on the left. This nine features holes cut through majestic hardwoods in a slightly rolling setting that is an excellent test. |

| How to Play It: |
| Keep it straight with a hybrid, fairway wood or your driver and you will have an easy look at this deep green. Avoid the pond on the left, but stay away from the trees on the right as they hang out to block your second shot. It is important to judge the cup location as the back third of the green slopes away from you and you may find a slightly strong second will end up against the back fringe. This green, as is the case for the whole nine, does not break quite as much as you might see. |
